### 📌 How It Works

* When a staff member claims a ticket, they have full control of the conversation.
* Other staff cannot interfere unless given permission.

### 🗣️ PTS Rule

* If another staff member wants to speak in the ticket, they must say:
“PTS” (Permission To Speak)

* The staff member who claimed the ticket will respond with:

* ✅ “Granted” → You may speak
* ❌ “Denied” → Do not speak

### 🚫 Strict Rules

* Speaking without PTS = Staff Strike / Warning
* Interrupting the claimer = Immediate warning
* Arguing in tickets = Strike or removal from ticket

* Responsible for resolving the situation

As of now payouts should be fine for tomorrow but for future pays it may take 3-30 days for the transactions to finish pending. Right now, tickets are not being handled properly, and it’s clear that some or most of you either don’t have enough experience yet or haven’t taken the time to learn the correct process.

To fix this, we are implementing training for everyone.

This means that other designers shouldn't be going into the order and claiming without permission from the first designer or if they haven't responded to the ticket in 24 hours.

I have seen many issues regarding firstly INTERUPTING tickets aswell as being unprofessional in tickets. You are required to show full professional actions and not to TALK in anyones order at any point. If this keeps becoming an issue then you will be recieving strikes.
