## New Management ERA
Dear Management,
I believe you have been very inactive over the past month and a half (with a few exceptions in tickets) so I have decided to do the following:
- Handpick New Management Staff
- Decide on current Management Staff to see if there fit for the Role
If I decide you are _not_ fit for Management one of these will happen:
- You may revive a Strike
- You may be Demoted
- You may be Terminated
This is based on your Professionalism, Activity and Leadership Skills!
If I _do_ decide you are fit for Management:
- You will be Paid (When Pending gets accepted)

Due to the low Activity I have decided to change Quotas which will look like this:
• 10 Tickets Claimed & Completed per week
• Oversee the Solutions Team and make any necessary infractions
• Moderate any users who break Rules listed in #1466431390705910015
Please contact me or Adam if you feel you cannot meet this Quota or have any Questions.
_This must be completed every Week or you will receive a Strike!_
